Esport – Counter-Strike: Audric “Jackz” Jug leaves G2 Esports for HEET

The news did not surprise, but it still shook the French scene of Counter-Strike: Global Offensive. An emblematic member of the European club G2 Esports, Audric “Jackz” Jug has been transferred to HEET, signing the end of a chapter for the German club.

This is the first time that G2 Esports will not have a French player in its ranks since 2016. The decision was made after some setbacks, including disappointing results at the June Majorthen to theIEM Cologne last July.

When Jackz joined the roster in November 2018, it consisted entirely of French players, who were gradually replaced by talent from Europe – until he was the last to leave.

The competitor will replace Lucas “Lucky” Chastang, who will have remained less than a year as a holder in the Belgian club, to play within an entirely French formation which notably includes Alexandre “bodyy” Pianaro. For its part, G2 Esports has not yet announced its replacement.
