Fabio Quartararo impresses in free practice 1 of the San Marino GP, Johann Zarco 10th

Fabio Quartararo was quick to shine at Misano, on the land of his coronation in 2021. The Frenchman started his weekend ideally by setting the best time in free practice 1 in 1’32”313.

Despite some slight difficulties observed at turn 11, the world champion showed himself to be at ease in the fourth sector, riding a motorcycle whose settings already seem to satisfy him. The Habs beat the two Ducatis of Jack Miller (1’32”537) and Michele Pirro (1’32”693).

The two Aprilias of Aleix Espargaro (1’32”698) and Maverick Vinales (1’32”706) complete the top 5, while Johann Zarco took tenth place (1’32”999). The Cannois also appeared particularly upset after the session, complaining about his driving conditions.
