On Saturday evening, at the Marcel-Deflandre stadium in La Rochelle, Monaco won the second and penultimate stage of the In Extenso Supersevens, the first 7-a-side French Championship for professional clubs under the aegis of the LNR, this time taking the top on the Paloise Section (26-12).
This time unhappy finalists, the Béarnais had won during the first stage in Perpignan against these same opponents (29-5). So here are Pau and Monaco already qualified for the final which will take place on November 19 at La Défense Arena. It remains to know the six other teams qualified to compete for the official title of champion of France at 7.

In the round of 16, the Palois had taken the best of Clermont (34-7), then La Rochelle in the quarters (29-12) and the French Barbarians in the semi-finals (33-28).
For their part, the Monegasques had outclassed Toulouse (40-7), Bordeaux-Bègles (34-19) and Stade Français (31-7). Third and last summer stage of the Supersevens in Pau, at the Stade du Hameau, Saturday August 27, where the Béarnais will play at home.
