As allowed by a new rule, Olivier Krumbholz decided on a new change in his group before the match of the Blue against the Netherlands, this Wednesday (8:30 p.m.) in Skopje. The pivot Oriane Ondono, who remained in the stands on Monday against Romania (35-21), will be back on the game sheet. She replaces left-back Audrey Dembélé.
At each meeting, the coach can choose his sixteen players from a group of twenty. On Wednesday, Dembélé will therefore remain on the sidelines in the company of Camille Sinceet, Léna Grandveau and Lucie Granier.
The return of Ondono, who played the opening match against North Macedonia (24-14), will provide additional rotation in his position behind Pauletta Foppa and Béatrice Edwige. It also makes it possible to reinforce the central sector of defense during of a key match in the race for the semi-finals. In the event of victory against the Batavians, also undefeated, the Blue would take a big step towards the last four.
