The Minnesota Timberwolves recorded their third straight loss on Friday in the NBA regular season. Already beaten by New York and Phoenix, this time they yielded against the Memphis Grizzlies (114-103). Rudy Gobert still managed to showcase himself, despite this defeat. The French pivot of the “Wolves” scored 15 points (5/5 to shoot, 0/0 to three points) and took six rebounds. Minnesota is 13th in the Western Conference.

The New York Knicks won against the Detroit Pistons (121-112). There was a French player on each side of the field. In the ranks of the New York franchise, Evan Fournier has been discreet. He only played 12 minutes, for three points scored (0/5 shooting, 3/4 free throws). Killian Hayes, he, already convincing Wednesday against Boston, was again highlighted with Detroit.

The French leader, starting from the bench, finally spent 34 minutes on the floor, scoring 11 points, all in the first period, (4/12 in the shot including 1/6 from three points), taking six rebounds, delivering seven assists and also signing three interceptions. After this game, the New York Knicks occupy seventh place in the East, while the Detroit Pistons remain last in the same conference.
