The Federation has based its action on the protection of all its populations, employees are obviously part of its priorities”, specifies the press release from the FFR, which does not once mention the name of Claude Atcher.

“The decision is taken as a precautionary measure pending receipt of the conclusions of the Labor Inspectorate, which will prescribe the action to be taken. Everyone has the opportunity to defend their rights,” continues the Federation.

An extraordinary board of directors of the GIP will take place on Friday to ratify this decision. It should be remembered that the State has 37% of the rights and obligations of the GIP, the FFR 62% and the CNOSF 1%.
